  Started shopping for a bike last year. I kept coming in to this shop and Glenn took the time to walk me through the process... You have to understand, i am in my sixties and haven't ridden a bike in over 50 years. i decided, due to age and balance issues, that a trike would be my best bet and with an electric component to go with it, this would be my dream bike. Well got it this week and I have to state that this is the best thing that i could have done and Glenn made it all possible with the customer service and the product and the way he didn't laugh out loud when i tried to ride for the first time and well it wasn't pretty.. I have a few more months to learn to ride this properly because this will be come my primary mode of transport when i move to Costa Rica. So i will have to work out a deal where Glenn and his family will have to come there to service the bike. i can state with out hesitation and without a doubt that if you are unsure about getting into riding a bike again or looking for a bike for your child for the first time...
