    They say your mattress has a warranty but it really doesn't. We bought a pillow top mattress from this store but the coils are now giving way which causes a "hammock" effect. They want you to take a picture of it to prove it but the pillow top makes the mattress look flat and hides the damaged coils. I tried explaining this to them and sent in multiple pictures but they can't see my point. Don't waste your time here.
